YourWines™ carrier partner is Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia. YourWines™ offers FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide excluding TAS, remote QLD and remote WA where a $20 shipping surcharge is added.
DELIVERY & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
At checkout, you have the option to provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) instruction, allowing the wine to be left in a secure location if no one is available at the delivery address. Simply add your ATL request in the 'Add Order Note' section.
Any delivery instructions which you provide during checkout are a guide for the delivery driver to follow, however it is not guaranteed that these instructions will be followed. It is at the driver’s discretion as to whether they deem your delivery instructions safe to comply with.
It's important to note that once our delivery driver deems a location unsuitable for ATL, this decision is final, and we regretfully cannot make arrangements for a re-delivery.
Unsuitable locations for ATL include areas with high foot traffic, properties close to the street, inaccessible apartments, unattended apartment mail rooms, and places lacking protection from weather or pets.
"YourWines™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced orders if you have provided an Authority to Leave (ATL) instruction for delivery.
No Authority to Leave
If you are not in attendance when delivery is attempted and you have not provided an authority to leave, an Australia Post notification via your tracking advise you that your case/cases will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. Cases not collected within 14 days of the initial attempted delivery will be returned to us and a YourWines™ Customer Service Team member will contact you to arrange re-delivery and payment of re-delivery fees if required.
Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you, as Australia Post delivery drivers cannot call you before delivery. YourWines™ will not deliver to anyone younger than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, the delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If suitable proof of age cannot be produced, the person will be advised that the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post Office and can be collected on the production of proof of age identification.
If a person at the address is unable to produce proof of age identification, but the order was submitted with delivery instructions with authority to leave, the authority to leave will not be followed and the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post Office.
It is imperative that customers verify and provide accurate shipping information during order placement.
YourWines™ cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If Australia Post is unable to deliver to your address, because the address is incorrect, incomplete and/or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the items will be returned to our warehouse, please contact our Customer Service Team on support@yourwines.com.au Please note a fee and/or cost of re-delivery will apply. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double-check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.
OUR DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver wine to all states in Australia, except for the Northern Territory. YourWines™ will not deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.
YourWines™ will not deliver to the following restricted areas: 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4873, 4874, 4876 and 4895.
Please note that locations can be added or modified from time to time.
OUR DELIVERY CHARGES
YourWines™ offers FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide excluding TAS, remote QLD and remote WA where a $20 shipping surcharge is added.
OUR DELIVERY LEAD-TIMES
We normally dispatch YourWines™ orders the same day if they are received before 1pm AEST on a business day. If orders are received after 1pm AEST they will be dispatched the following business day.
Marketplace products
Our Marketplace products are sourced directly from the winery or wholesaler. As these products come from a variety of locations, they are not available for immediate dispatch. By default, we will ship your order once all items have been received in our warehouse. This will result in a small delay of 3-10 business days between placing your order and dispatch
Vintage Note: Vintages may vary. We make every effort to ensure that the current vintage is displayed. However, variations can occur. Please confirm with us if you're after a particular vintage.
Once collected by our delivery partner Australia Post, the estimated delivery times are:
METRO AREAS: NSW - 2-3 business days
VIC/ACT/WA/SA/TAS/QLD - 3-7 business days depending on location. Please allow up to 3 additional days for country and rural areas.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Upon successful delivery of an order, our delivery partner Australia Post generates a Proof of Delivery (POD) containing essential details, including the correct shipping address.
In cases where a valid POD confirms delivery to the correct address, Your Wines holds no accountability for missing or non-received orders.
If you have placed an order and you have not received it within 14 days, please email us at support@yourwines.com.au and we will seek to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
